These Terms apply to the Astrologer who signs up to become an Astrologer Advisor ("Astrologer") on the Astromedik platform. When you sign up as an Astrologer, you are entering into a direct agreement with Astromedik by indicating your acceptance after clicking on the "I AGREE" button, which signifies that the Astrologer has carefully read the Terms of Service and is bound by them once the selection as an Astrologer Advisor is completed with Astromedik. Astromedik ("us," "We," or "Astromedik," which also includes its affiliates) is the author and publisher of the internet resource Astromedik.com owns and operates the services provided through the Website.

1. NATURE AND APPLICABILITY OF THE TERMS

a. The terms include the present Service Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and both together constitute legal Terms (“Terms”) between Astrologer and Astromedik.
b. Definition of Astrologer You are considered an "Astrologer" if you have represented that you have a recognized Degree/Diploma/Certificate in the category you are registered as an astrologer and register to be an Astrologer with the explicit purpose of providing your consultation to the visitors of the Astromedik’s Platform. After approval by Astromedik, your profile will be activated. Rejection of a profile may occur due to incomplete forms, a particular category or subcategory being closed for registration at a particular time, or any other reason not specifically mentioned here. The rejection does not imply a rejection of the Astrologer and his or her qualifications. Astrologer is liable for the authenticity of the degree/diploma or certificate submitted; registration can be terminated by Astromedik if any information is found to be wrong or misleading.
c. Astromedik reserves the right to update, change, modify, add, or remove the present Terms. Any changes will be communicated to you via Email, Website Notification, Application, or other Messaging Services. Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of the changed terms and conditions. The present terms, along with any changes, communicated to the Astrologer in any form, are binding on both parties.

Once you accept the terms and conditions presented to you, Astromedik holds the power to reach you via call. With the help of our services, the phone numbers are not shared between the astrologer and the user. Exonumbers are used for communication to maintain the privacy of both parties. However, international users belonging to a country where the service is not allowed as per law, will not be able to operate through an exonumber. Exonumber: The number provided by us for you to use our services.
